Responsibilities:

  • • Lead sales activities and develop sales strategies for assigned products in accordance with Company goals and objectives in order to achieve market share growth, and maximize sales revenue and profitability
  • • Develop new business leads and manage existing relationships to achieve sales goals for the assigned accounts;
  • • Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of collateral to support customer needs and the teams’ activities;
  • • Coordinate technical product specification & application discussions with clients & prospective prospects;
  • • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations;
  • • Represent the company at local and national trade shows, conferences and exhibitions;
  • • Ensure completion of all corporate and administrative responsibilities with high levels of efficiency, including budgeting, expense reports and other assignments by established deadlines;
  • • Recruit, develop, train, coach, assess, motivate, and retain talent to achieve goals;


  • Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required. MBA preferred;
  • • At least 4 years’ experience in sales and account relationship management in a scientific-related market;
  • • Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment;
  • • Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills;
  • • Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed;
  • • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or like programs required.
