All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to you in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting your needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services and products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Canadian law.

General
This Agreement constitutes the agreement between Artron BioResearch Inc. and the buyer with respect to the supply and purchase of the products. Artron BioResearch Inc. will not be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement or held liable to the buyer for any delay in performance or failure to perform any of its obligations to the extent that such delay or non-performance is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Prices of products do not include shipping and handling, VAT, duties or import fees where applicable.
Prices and other information provided on this website are subject to change without notice. Artron will not be liable if errors should occur in information provided on this website.

Payment Terms
Payments are due at time of purchase for e-commerce products available for ordering on the website. We accept credit cards from major credit card companies. You may set up an account with us, submit a Purchase Order (PO), or make pre-payments via wire transfer.

Imports
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied upon arrival of your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be applicable to your shipment(s) prior to completing the order.
Artron is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Return Policy
We are committed to providing the highest quality of product and service at Artron. If a product does not perform as described on the datasheet please notify us as soon as possible. Artron may repair or replace damaged products in its absolute discretion.
All requests for returns must have prior authorization and must be shipped back to us in its original condition.

Disclaimer
Buyer agrees and acknowledges that the ultimate use of the product is within the sole control of the buyer and the buyer will indemnify, hold harmless and defend Artron BioResearch Inc. from all liability, expensive, costs, damages and/or losses, including costs and attorney fees for loss, damage or injury to person(s) or property in any manner arising out of or incidental to the use of the product. Artron BioResearch Inc., its affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for loss of data, profit, revenue, use, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, financial or other economic loss or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, costs or expenses whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the supply of the products.
